Work of 1000: The Documentary Film

In the 1960s, the Nashua River in Central Massachusetts was one of the 10 most polluted rivers in the country. Working with executive producer Susan Edwards, Dorie Clark wrote and directed The Work of 1000, a documentary film chronicling the heroic and successful efforts of housewife Marion Stoddart to clean up the river.Work of 1000 logo
